Wow, I can’t wait to get my hands on the latest copy and the cover is stunning. Congratulations 🎉 While all the projects are beautiful, I would have to say the cowl is my favorite, as I am always cold (even living in the desert of Yuma AZ) and cowls are perfect to keep you warm. 😀
Do you mean the Hidden Diamond cowl? Agreed on the “I don’t like the AC to blow on my neck” syndrome! I like cowls because they are nice, medium sized projects that turn into something pretty and practical.
I’m so excited that a turtle loom project made the cover! It’s absolutely gorgeous and is my favorite project! Cathedral Window blanket looks seamless and timeless. I’m so excited for Gabi!

Hi Gabi, When I saw the notice that the latest issue of Little Looms was available yesterday, I thought that the cover blanket was made with Turtle looms. You confirmed it this morning! I too already subscribe to Little Looms so don’t put me in the drawing. However, I am waiting for a full scale book from you on all things Turtle Looms. Are you writing one yet?
I wish I had more time, and I’d be writing two books! For now, looms and designs and an occasional article must suffice. Thank you for your kind comment!

I think the buttons cowl is such a functional way to display pretty buttons … and the woven fabric is just amazing …
It‘s hard to pick a favourite.But a few months ago I took my kindergarten group to an alpaca farm and fell in love with those cuddly furballs.That‘s why I love the Llama – could be easily turned into an alpaca.

I love the Kodachrome quilt. The colors are beautiful. I would like to make the Infinitely Spectacular Scarf and the Goldenrod Scarf. All of them are so lovely and works of art. Thank you for showing these creations.

A Bag for Janice and the button cowl really caught my eye, plus all the lovely (and intimidating!) blankets. I’ve just started weaving, and the possibilities seem endless!
Isn’t the bag cute? And it has so many different crafts all in one project, I love it! (yes, people may notice by now that I love EVERYTHING in this magazine) Regarding being intimidating … remember that it’s all just “one pick at a time”, and you can do that. “possibilities seem endless” … yup, they are!

Ooh, that’s another “pearl” … the runner is made using the Catenpile technique (I had never heard of that before), which is described in detail in an article in this issue, written by the designer Jessica Lambert.

It’s a toss up between your cathedral blanket(I have a similar crochet pattern that I’ve always wanted to make but physical limitations make that near impossible) or the caterpillar case for the kiddo starting kindergarten soon.
I think you should make the pencil case FIRST, and then you can work on the blanket when she is in kindergarten, lol!

I’m very new to this. I just ordered my very first Little Loom. I’m so very excited. I would love to receive these magazines. I love the picture on the cover. Now that’s something I would like to make.
No matter where you start, weaving is an awesome hobby, and all the Little Looms magazines are the best companions that I can think of!

I love the cathedral blanket! The black stitching really sets off the bright colors.
Thanks! It’s actually a charcoal gray, which is a little bit more comfortable to work with. But you still get that effect of having a real nice border.
