Welcome, dear Weave Together attendee! Whether you are new to our pin looms or wish to see what has happened since last year, you will find TURTLE looms and projects to explore at this year’s Weave Together Marketplace. Here are some of the things that you can expect:

Some of the Projects on Display

This year’s Weave Together 2025 logo and the vibrant colors of Louët’s Venne yarns inspired me to design a little table runner.

Yarns: Venne BIO Cottoline and BIO 8/2 Katoen (from Louët)

Looms: Original TURTLE Loom, Trapezoid, and Diamond, in F-fine sett

Did you make the beautiful Cherry Blossom Scarf that is shown on the cover of Handwoven Spring 2025? Most likely you have enough left-over yarn to make this headscarf.

Yarn: Berroco Aerial and LoftyCotton 8/4 (both from Marketplace vendor Lofty Fibers)

Looms: Original TURTLE Loom™ and Original Trapezoid (optional), both in F-fine sett

Pattern: Rhinebeck Headscarf

The Pennsylvania landscape of this year’s Weave Together retreat inspired this table topper design to elevate your country-style brunch.

Yarns: Circulo NATURAL Cotton Multicolor Premium and LoftyCotton Pillow Soft (both from Lofty Fibers)

Looms: Original TURTLE Loom and Original Jewel loom, R-Regular sett

It’s fun to explore how colors interact with each other, in this case resulting in a colorful bandana.

Yarn: Venne Eco Jeans (from Louët)

Loom: TinyTURTLE™, F-fine sett

Color blending on pin looms is the topic of an article in the Summer 2025 issue of Easy Weaving with Little Looms.

All of these projects will be discussed in more detail on the TURTLE loom blog over the next few weeks. Make sure to subscribe to the blog so that you don’t miss anything!

Shop, Sip & Weave Night

I can only imagine the spirit at a travel-inspired Destination Weave Together evening! We will contribute a Make-and-Take craft and an opportunity to win a project case so that you (and your pin loom) can travel in style.

Make-and-Take: When you travel, it is useful to be able to easily identify your belongings. Putting a unique tag onto your purse or carry-on may help with that.

Weave a small hexagon on a TinyTURTLE™ loom, string up some beads, and add a clasp. Kits and tools will be provided. Download the instructions for the Make-and-Take below.

There will be a limited number of finished hexagons to choose from, or you can take a kit home. Consider using a sample piece of fabric from any class that you took at the retreat!

Opportunity to Win: Make sure to get your raffle ticket from the Weave Together team for a chance to win a muud leather project bag, perfectly sized to fit pin looms, and a TURTLE loom of your choice.

muud leather bags are not just pretty, but they are also functional to keep your pin-loom project contained and protected while traveling.

Just enter your name (there will be a box on the display table that night) and the Long Thread Media team will announce the winner after the event. If you want to see which looms to choose from, visit our loom catalog!

If you have any questions about TURTLE looms, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Most importantly, all TURTLEs wish you a wonderful and relaxing retreat time!
