The results of Week 1 by far exceeded expectations, let’s see what Week 2 has in stock when we’re “Getting Around”.
With the “Nautical Flag” design, we will get around on our looms in all directions. We will “navigate” by following instructions. But let’s take a look at this week’s tools:
The Worksheet
Click here to download the worksheet for Week 2 and get started any time. Work at your own pace: You may be done in less than an hour or take all week or longer.
The Video
The video contains detailed instructions to make a Nautical Flag design, using the Running Stitch one more time.
You will also find a few thoughts on the Hazel Rose Multi Loom. Do you know why it’s named Multi Loom? I didn’t think much about that until I tried it …
If you don’t have time to watch the whole video, you will find Quick Access Timestamps as part of the video description … click here.
Thursday Mystery Challenge
The Thursday Mystery Challenge is now available. Click here to get to it. It’s an optional extra little thing to do and have fun …
Feedback … Please tell me one thing that you would like to see done differently. You can leave a comment in the comment section below or email me at gabi@texasgabi.com
Prepare for Week 3 … Have a few strands of yarn/thread in different colors at hand, medium to light weight (BonBon, sock yarn, and thinner). One “green” would be nice, but that is not essential. You will also need a Quarter coin (or other round template, about 1″ diameter) and your marking pen!
Lastly … make sure to read about this week’s “Exit Strategy” project in the worksheet …
Happy embroidering!
